Mozambique stretches along the south-eastern coastline of Africa and has 2,500 kilometers of beautiful coastline.

Bazaruto Archipelago consists of four main islands, with the largest being Bazaruto. These islands have been declared a national park and their coral reefs offer some of the best snorkeling, scuba diving and game fishing in Africa.
The large Querimbas Archipelago in the north, consists of 27 islands strung along the coast, parallel to the town of Pemba. The islands are composed of coral and have lush vegetation and mangrove swamps.
Ibo Island is the best known of the islands in the Querimbas, with opulent architecture and a dark history of slavery.
One of Africa’s best game reserves, Gorongoza, is being rehabilitated after the devastating conflict thirty to forty years ago, and visitors are already able to experience this great park again, which is fast returning to its former glory.

Beira is the second largest city in Mozambique and retains a certain colonial air, especially around the main square.
Maputo, the capital of Mozambique has regained some of its former glory and, although the Portuguese café society is no longer a feature, the city has assumed other attractions.
